60-Minute Nutrition Assessment and Goal Setting

During this comprehensive session, we’ll review your medical history, lifestyle, and dietary habits to gain a complete picture of your health. Together, we’ll set personalized goals and create a sustainable nutrition plan that fits your needs, whether it’s for weight management, managing a chronic condition, or simply optimizing your overall well-being.

8 Weeks Intense Program

  • Initial Assessments for the Week 1
    • One initial assessment by a physician.
    • One Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) assessment by a Dietitian 
    • One lab order and assessment by a physician.
  • Weekly Follow-Up for the Weeks 2 to 4:
    • Weekly MNT follow-up sessions with dietitian (3 sessions).
  • 4-Week Follow-Up:
    • One follow-up session with the physician in the 4th week.
  • Bi Weekly Follow-Up for the Weeks 5 to 8 :
    • MNT follow-up sessions with dietitian (2 sessions).
  • Final Physician Follow-Up:
    • One final follow-up session with the physician at the end of 8 weeks.

24 Weeks Reversal Program
